keeping your nuts and still look smooth

as a male child, your balls are up in your body. as you mature they drop into the sac.

question: has any one ever tried to reverse this....having your nuts replaced in your body cavity permantely and having your sac cut and sutured to give a smooth effect??

This ain't advisable, because undescended testicles are more likely to develop cancer, so if you shove them back up you will be in a similar state.

It's been done. One trans girl kept her testes, but had them internalized. She has to have ultra sounds periodically to detect cancer of which there is a slightly increased risk, because the testes are internal. Since the testes are no longer palpable there is no way she can routinely check on her own, thus ultrasound takes the place of that manual examination.

I would only recommend it if you are willing and able to have regular ultrasounds for early detection of tumors. Also although your testes would still produce testosterone they would no longer produce sperm, due to the increased temperature.

Other than that, I think you should be allowed to do what you want with your body as long as you understand the implications.
