Had you considered a sealed catherter tube filled with a buffered acid that would eat through the catherter and then destroy the penile tissue from the inside out? The exterior of the catheter could be impregnated with a mild anesthetic that would prevent the person from knowing precisely when the corrosive action started. hey sounds like an interesting concept, but make it last a while, like have him use it one night and like one inch disapeears.. he has sex and like it is harder to cum. girlfriend rbs some on before bed and when he wakes up it is smaller.
