Isn't it amazing how, the further we go back, the more convergent and related we all become.

I think that the ancestor of one owned the ancestor of the other, though the notion that one human being owns another sounds absurd.

I think it was really ridiculous how the other night on CNN they said they had an age progression of the baby up to age 18. lol... Nancy Grace is such a mediawhore (I love what they did to her look-a-like on Boston Legal a while back)... damn I hate her. Glenn Beck also needs to be raped with salty pinecones. Repeatedly.

I heard about a year or so ago on a program on heredity on the Discovery Channel that no one alive on earth today is any more distantly related to any other person than tenth cousins. Sounds incredible to me, but of course I believe everything I hear. I don't know which would be worse, being a Thurmond or a Sharpton.

An acquaintance of mine quit speaking to me when I told him that Glenn Beck was just another spoiled white man who wants to crap all over poor people of color.

I'd pay to see him sodomized with salty pine cones...

Yet in the highly advanced civilizations of Greece and Rome, the concept was seen to be as natural as owning a piece of furniture. Not that I'm defencing slavery, just pointing out how different cultures can come to radically different conclusions relating to morality.
