In such a case if it is available it would not need HRT because You then can reduce T to the level You want and hold it there at say 80 -100 from what is it 800 and up.
Sorry to confuse You - but I am confused to - but my instinkt tells me that You can reduce the "sexual energy" by other means and hope to hold it there at or just above castration levels . You are the experts so You tell me . N3RF
I have never heard of any other method of castration beyond chemical or physical removal (surgical or accident or injury). The only exception I can think of would be some disease processes.
Undoubtedly, some will claim that herbs work; I don't know if they have a direct impact on testosterone levels, or work in some other way - I have never seen any valid test data about it.
There are also those, such as yourself, who seem to think some type of tens unit or other electrical device might be effective in reducing testosterone. Bluntly, I think it would be unlikely short of frying your testicles with too much electrical juice.
