I'm rather surprised nobody's mentioned The Strain by now. The most recent episode (Episode 3, "Gone Smooth") has one of the main characters' genitals falling off into a toilet while he's taking a leak. You don't see them fall, but there's a rather interesting sound effect, a brief flash of the item as he flushes, and a full shot of a 'Ken doll' crotch when he turns around.

Has anyone seen the two penectomy scenes in "Father's Day" a dreadful movie from 2011. A man injects his penis , then slices it with a razor . Elsewhere in the movie a penis is bitten off
