No.

Once your voice changes and deepens with puberty, the only way to change it again is with surgery. This is one of the problems that many MTF's face.

Look down the page in the youtube display, you'll see it's a spoof.

"it's just a sketch, type in de gloria in youtube search = same people, different sketches."

Once you've passed puberty, and your voice has broken, the only thing that will change your voice is an operation.

Thought I could trick someone.....

Effects of castration are covered here in the Castration Primer

Voice pitch, however, will not change upon castration.

Aside from pre-pubertal hypogonadism,

You are somewhat correct, castration MAY in fact lead to minor changes in voice pitch and range, especially if performed at a relatively young age, somewhere between 16 and 25 years, mostly depending upon degree of sexual development and size of the Adam's Apple. If an average man is castrated (or becomes hypogonadal) before the age of 21, but after the age of 16, a shrinking effect on the larynx (mainly the vocal chords) may occur.

This change would not, however, be of a major character (of course, at 16 it would be more pronounced than at 21). In most cases (and in my personal experience), the strongest effect would be observed on the lowest notes; there may be a few notes (about 4 semitones) shift upward the bass clef. Speaking voice would, at most, shift one or two semitones upward

only; however, the visual pattern of the effect may be reinforced by

the fact that the voice would become less "coarse", attaining a

more "gentle" character to it. The effect on the highest sustained

notes is usually the least. According to some reports, there may be

an overall strenghtening of the falsetto register, especially as

regards the register breaks.

Castration past the age of 25 usually produce only negligible

effects on the larynx. At most, it would have a "preserving" effect on the vocal chords if performed before the age of 30, at a time where the vocal chords tend to reach their maximum size. However, according to Franz Habock (a German historian who wrote several books about castrati and eunuchs), a hypogonadal male of any age will tend to develop a higher and softer speaking voice with time (his main argument for this was pointing out that some older men sometimes tend to develop high-pitched speaking voices). It seems that the process of the involution of vocal chords, following castration, is an on-going process that takes many years.

It seems that women have a harder time imitating adult male voice. The main reason for this, I believe, is the fact that women have only one octave available below , with men two octaves above , their speaking pitch. Thus, men have generally a much greater room available for a "high falsetto", than is the case for women employing "low falsetto".
