Hard to believe it, but there is now a third version of "I spit on your grave 2, 2013." Like the original and the 2010 version there is a castration scene, more graphic than the other two versions. In this one we see the villian played by hunky Aleksandar Aleksiev, is tied to a table with his testicles in a vice gripe, which the heroine turns until they rupture and pop out and on to the floor.. gruesome.. but the actor is shown fully nude at first and the then somewhat blurry close ups of his testicles being destroyed.... Otherwise the movie is horrible.. not nearly as good as the 2010 version where Jeff Benson is the castration victim

Of all places to hear mention of The Holy Mountain -- fantastic film (Jodorowsky's best, I think), and yes, quite the castration scene.
