Question about effects

Hi,

I've read information on the subjects of castration, chemical and surgical, and i've read that you can (in the case that you decide to) take hrt to replace labido and other effects that the testes normally produce for you if you lose your testicles. My question is if you are chemically castrated over a period of time is it possible to later take hrt to regain the posibility of an erection and what other effects chemical castration has on your body besides your testicles.
