That movie was Ice Pirates and starred Robert...??? a hunk of a guy who played a detective on TV and later died of cancer. Can't remember his name. Anyhow -- he is slated for castration on the assembly-line, but is spared at that last moment (dammit)

There is some kind of movie that showed mass castration something to do as a sci-fi deal where men were captured. They were put on a canvayer belt and their pants were striped off, they were given some kind of sedative where they could not move, their legs in a v shape, spead, and their was this machine that looked like teeth or something on it that swooped down to the guys crotch and cut off the balls. They were insalved - the guys screamed as their balls were being cut off. I saw this scene about back in 1985 I think.
