you don't say what method was used. Were the testicles severed or I have heard of a proceedure where they just clean out the material inside of them and leave the remains intact? Supposed to give better results but not if you goal was to have an MT scrotum

I dove in and disconnected the testes with a scalpel. My goal wasn't really to have an empty scrotum, I was just kind of hoping that would be one of the perks. 🔨

It took a month, but my body eventually absorbed them. I'm guessing you have a similar situation and that it will likely clear-up if you wait.

What happens if you have the whole scrotum removed to start with?

There is nothing for "those masses" to hang into. Does that mean

that you have "masses"/hematomae further up-close&personal?

Does that hurt significantly MORE? Is it harder or easier for them

to be eventually "absorbed" from that location?

After the swelling went down I have just enough skin (donor material) to make a labia when the time comes :)

I had pretty much the same thing happen to me. However, I had read about this happening, and I was prepared for it. Two and a half weeks postop, and the only mass in the scrotum is just a lump where the stitches are.

Hmm... my little clumps of whatever are now down to like kidney bean size. This is good compared to how large they were when I first posted this thread (larger than the previous residents -- now only a 1/3 of the size. 'Tis gud).

After three plus years on Androcur, my left testicle is probably a third the size that it once was. As far as the scrotum ever being totally empty. That is not going to happen. My partner has continually faught me on surgical castration for the last 1 1/2 years. He says my reasons are poor for wanting to be castrated and I am only trying to be a me too. So, I guess I will always be intact.

That sounds like a challenge to me.
