Hi Fellow Campers,

Your Yolanda here :) with a movie review...sort of, anyway.

I am told that either HBO or Showtime once played a movie called "Magic Mountain". Note that this movie had nothing to do with amusement parks or ski resorts. The older lady (and her husband) that told me about the film say that there is a scene in which a young man, teenage type, is publicly castrated as part of his initiation into an elite group that serves the rulers. This, by the way, is apparently voluntary.

From the description given me, it sounds almost like a scene from one of the Azyntion City stories posted here. There is a crowd surrounding a scaffold. The boy is lying on a table, etc, and his penis is encased in some sort of cone. That sounds like the thing some of those retired (I hope) headhunters in the South Seas wear (a thing to cover their thingies,LOL,), the ones you see in National Geographic.

Anyway, if my friends' memory is accurate, a "priest" actually lifts the boy's baggie and places some big scissors at the top of it. I guess they cut away at that point...so does the camera, darn it, LOL.

In the next scene the boy comes into the room where the boss is sitting. He is carrying his balls in a jar of fluid. He presents them to the boss and the jar joins many others on a shelf...wow.

I've made a partial search on the 'net in the hope of finding some reference to this movie...no luck! I'd certainly buy a tape or DVD of it if I could locate a source, and would share that source here too.

BTW, this woman is one of the ladies I've used my little trick on, to see if they have any interest in our topic. The fact that she AND her hubby had seen the movie and discussed it with me make me wonder if they have any mutual interest in castration. I'll be carefully exploring that!

Latest news: So far, my little method of finding other females that share our interest has netted three "definites" and a couple of "probables". The first one, whom I told you about some time ago, has become a great "galpal". She and I have become frequent shopping companions and occasional bed partners

and she seems happy to have discovered/revealed her bi side.

More surprising is that Ashleigh is OK with my having "fun" with this girl and even joining in our play, although more as a "coach" and only participating in a minor way.

Well, if anyone can help find this movie, let the rest of us know. I promise to do the same.

Love and Snips!

1)The Ladies Club : I have never seen this one, but apparently it dates back to the mid 80's. And it is also suppose to be based on a book. From what I know, it's about a group of women who track down the men who raped them and castrate them. As far as I know, we don't see any severed organs.

2)Sudden Impact : A Dirty Harry movie. Some chick who was raped tracks down her rapists and puts a bullet between their legs as well as between their eyes. Kinda similiar to the previous movie, I guess. This one is from 1983.

3)True Romance : Christian Slater sticks a gun into the opening of Gary Oldman's underwear and blows away his nuts.

4)To Live And Die In L.A. : This movie is actually pretty good. It was directed by the guy that directed "The Excorsist". Anyway, Willem Dafoe blows off some guy's nuts.

5)War Of The Roses : A black comedy. Kathleen Turner bites Michael Douglas' dick and/or nuts while giving him head.

6)The Serpent And The Rainbow : This is based on a book of the same name and allegedly (the book, anyway) is a true story. It's a voodoo/horror movie that takes place in Haiti, if I recall. The hero is caputured by the villian and is strapped to a chair with his underwear down at his ankles. The bad guy drives a big railroad spike down on the hero's nuts. We don't get to see any nudity, but we get to see the hero writhing in pain and bloodied underwear. Later in the movie, the hero (Bill Pullman) said that the villian only punctured his scrotum.

7)In The Realm Of The Senses : I've never seen this one, but I want to. From a review I read, a woman slices of her lover's dick and wanders around town waving it in people's faces. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

8)Stand By Me : Leaches on the nuts/cock.

9)Just about any Mel Brooks film

10)There's Something About Mary : Tangled up penis and scrotum in zipper.

11)Mountains Of The Moon : Based on a true story. The main character's companion get's captured by the natives and is strapped down to the ground and has a spear jabbed in his crotch. Soon there after, we see the guy, running cross-legged, with bloodied pants. Actually a pretty good movie.

12)Jodowrosky films :

"El Topo"/"Holy Mountain"/"Santa Sangre"-

Really hard to find cult films. And some of my favorite, to boot. Well worth seeking out. You can find them at Ebay (I did). With "Santa Sangre", a cheating husband gets acid poured on his balls by his frantic wife. Lots of bubbling flesh. And bloodied crotch. Hard to see gonads, though.

13)Cannibal Ferrox/Cannibal Apocalypse : I have never seen these, but apparently, genitals are eaten.

14)Vasectomy: A Delicate Matter : Why was this movie born?

Pretty lame "comedy" about a wife who gives her husband an ultimatum- get a vasectomy or no sex. This politically correct movie should've been the only thing being cut.

Yolanda,

So...

IS there anything in there about the sequal, "Escape From Magic Mountain"?

Sounds like a Disney title to me. Boy, ol' Walt must be ROLLING in his grave by now, what with all the little teeny boppers dancing around and such in those movies from the Disney Film Corporation. Of course, we know the only way to keep them safe is to nut the little buggars. But then, if they were true buggers we,.... ah, forget it! πŸ‘‰

:) Dear A-1,

I thought the title was somewhat amusing too, given the usual places that are so-called. I was talking to the lady that told me about it, last evening, and she said (now she tells me!) that she was "pretty sure" that was the name of the movie. I wish I knew for certain. I also wish I could find a VHS or DVD of it, or at least that scene. Wow!

Kiss-Kiss

Yoli,

Tell you what. If she (your friend) can remember the name of an actor or an actress in the movie, get it and one or the other of us can look it up in a movie listings book under the credits to the actress or actor.

This is probably a long shot. The only mainstream actor that does such movies is Malcolm McDowell.

Let me know.

In the mean time, go rent "Breast Men". It is a real riot and it offers significant social commentary on the practice of medicine in general in the continental U.S.

I guess this may be overdoing the subject, but students of literature who hear "Magic Mountain," might think of Der Zauberberg--which, of course means "The Magic Mountain"--by Hermann Hesse, which is one of the classics of German literature.

The book is about a man with tuberculosis, and I don't recall any sex scenes in it

Realized a while after I made the above post, that Der Zauberberg is actually by Thomas Mann, not by Hesse. Was fur einen Dummkopf. Surprising, though, that Paolo or one of the German members didn't notice the error and correct it. Maybe Mann is out of fashion.
