Just love the very visual style of the writing, almost cinematic. I can easily picture this story being made into an ABC mini-series. What role would Ferrell Squire like to play?

You've got a good memory! I did have a little more El-Hani done, on my handy laptop everywhere I went, and then the hard drive crashed. Possibly there's a floppy somewhere with it, but I'm not betting on it. But I remember lots of the details - will just have to see where I left off, and pick up again. It's such a pleasure to write, anyway, I don't mind doing a chapter or two over.
Before that, maybe I'll finish up something I did while flying to Japan with 3 laptop batteries: the "Eunuch.org" crew goes to the Testicle Festival! (inspired by some magazine coverage of the event).
