Penis enlargement surgery almost always involves cutting the suspensory ligaments. As a eunuch I am thinking about getting this surgery, but since I'm castrated, I'm also wondering if my scrotal area could be split and my penis placed at the bottom of where my scrotal area ends. I have some scrotum skin left that could be used to cover the exposed area of the penis that would be pulled out of my body. My penis would then hand straight down between my legs. I think the penis would gain about two inches rather than the normal one inch gains. This would help in urination but would also look interesting too. Again, I'm just wondering about this and finding someone to do the surgery would be, I think, difficult. Comments?

What is the overall outcome of this surgery? Is it a medical necessity in order to help in urination? Or is this a surgery for enlarging your penis for personal desire? I only wonder because when viewing your profile you stated that your want for castration is to lower sexual desire.

weird - I've had a similar idea. I didn't really get into the mechanics though.

I've thought about the idea of surgically "embedding" my penis mabe halfway deep in the skin, leaving the glanis right by my bum. If the testies get in the way, then they gotta go. I guess I've thought about it more because I'm a gay bottom, and this would be a way to get my penis involved with sex, and frankly, I love the idea of a smooth crotch.

I don't forsee pursuing this any time soon. I think the idea basically came up during one of those testosterone induced hazes is all.

I don't recommend a DIY approach as this is serious surgery and you could end up cutting the wrong thing.
