At this moment while I'm writing this post, the thread "Urologists, GP's, and Surgeons" has 38 posts. The thread "Is Kimmel the best way to go" has 134 posts. Those posts offer all kinds of suggestions including naming surgeons who will perform castrations and discussing how good any of them are.
Do we know which ones are accurate and true?
Almost anyone with any interest in human castration and eunuchs knows about Eunuch Archive. Lots of people come here looking for information, including many who aren't Eunuch Archive members.
In a number of those cases we are talking about people's health, safety, and wellbeing. With that in mind Eunuch Archive and the Archive's administrators and moderators have a responsibility to make sure the information being presented here is as accurate, true, and up to date as possible.
I think Eunuch Archive and the administrators and moderators here have and are doing a very good job of that and they are really trying. But maybe someone needed to come right out and say that and remind everyone of that. Those who post any such information here can help them by making sure the information you post here really is accurate, true, and up to date.
Does Eunuch Archive have a responsibility here?

No, we don’t. We can only read and choose to believe or not, what others share. We can only hope for more sharing on these 2 mentioned threads, too.

And that’s why we can’t endorse non-MD cutters. Do we have a responsibility? Yes, and no. Yes, we do, morally. We can’t just say “Well, run right out and cut ‘em off!”
But on the other hand, we can’t say that we have a legal obligation, because we are a voluntarily-visited website sharing what we know and what we feel. I think that’s rather obvious in most of the posts made. At least, I feel some moral responsibility. Leaving was hard; coming back was harder. With every post we make, and every mail we answer, we have to ask ourselves – “What am I doing? Am I doing the right thing, saying the right thing?”

Yes, I think it needed said. Thank you. And we do try. And we are bound to fail in some areas, simply because there is no such thing as “Everything You Want and Need to Know about Eunuchs but were Afraid to Ask” handbook in print.
We can only share what we know, and what others share. That’s why we’re here. Hopefully, we can prevent someone who comes here from making a terrible mistake. Like I said, there’s no handbook. We’re it. Like it or not.
Re: Does Eunuch Archive have a responsibility here?
My only comment in addition is, rather than hold moderators and administrators up to an unrealistic standard as the sole authority on the accuracy of any listings, information, doctors, etc., where is your contribution along the same line? Have you done anything to investigate, verify, question, talk to doctors, and so on? Are you engaging others in discussions of these matters, not just on the boards, but also by email, phone, and PM? There is a lot more going on here than just forums, stories, and chat.

...
I agree with and support the positions offered by Paolo and Kristoff.
For IWW: With regard to the quoted extract from your topic starter, I would add that even if there were an "accurate and true" tabulation on day 1, it could be different (not accurate and true, probably not even complete) on day 2, and possibly the exact opposite on day 3. People and things change through time.
