I have had a vasectomy. My then wife nearly started a fight at the hospital because they wouldn't let her watch. (The operation wasn't entirely successful.) We regarded it as a sort of pre castration. --FLO--

burdizzo is very fast

it may not work all the time but not much to doing it.

If you want to be done by a female marci bowers in colorado would probably do it.She looks female enough and is a excellant surgeon.

she requires a letter.

Otherwise look in the phonebook and find a female urologist near you and complain a lot about chronic orchialga.

this is slow and takes determination.

My wife didn't get to watch either. At least the nurse saw me naked. And yes, the operation was a pre-castration for me too.

The pain of the crushed cords is so brief it isnt worth the anethetic.

i can only speak from my own experiance. The cords crushing did not hurt that much and was very brief with topical pain killer.Without painkiller the scrotum always hurt a lot. With injected painkiller I felt nothing for about 4 hours. We did this 4 times.Once no pain killer on one side. That hurt but I have a high tolerance for pain. Then the other 3 times completly knumbed up with injectable.I didnt feel a thing. It is important that the burdizzo stay on the middle of the scrotum.

The thick skin at the top hurts like hell if its put in the jaws. Also makes a mess.

I have a video of a clamping in that area the guy screamed like he was dying.

My only suggestion dont let amatuers use a burdizzo .Get a vet or a doctor with 20 years experiance.

Dont try it yourself your a hand short.

On the contrary, the "crunch" of a burdizzo is highly painful, even with injected lidocaine in large amounts. I wouldn't want to begin to experience without lidocaine or other numbing agent. After it wears off it is still highly painful, grossly swollen and bruised, and will be so for 7-10 days at least. IT IS WORTH THE ANESTHETIC, if you are inclined to do this - especially when MOST of the time it DOES NOT work

I found it to be very painful and have a very high pain threshold, and one side hurt fram more than the other ( that was the side that actually worked ,,the other healed ) I could say yes one side did'nt hurt as much but...also I did mine with no anesthetic
