yes, I mean chemical castartion may be partially reversible, partially not:

impotence is reversible, sterility may be irreversible, depending how long the treatment with DP ore others drugs;

everyone know that parotite virus may cause orchite in adult men, and orchite may damages testicles, with consequent testicular atrophy

this atrophy may cause sterility, but never cause impotence

why?

because only the tubular cells (witch produce spermatozoos) are defintively damaged and atrophied, with conseguent azospermia or oligospermia = infertility;

but leydig cells are not damaged, and they maycontinue producing testosterona, so these men have normal sex drive, erection and orgasm, but testicular atrophy and sterility

a similar fact may happens when the testicular atrophy is caused by hormons as DP: the damage of tubular cells (tubuli seminiferi's cells) may be permanent depending how long and strong is DP (or androcur) treatement (attention! may be!, but it is not sure!)

but usually interstitial testicular cells (leydig cells) are not permanent damaged, but only functyonally supressed (and only temporary), so after some weeks or some months without treatement with DP these cells may turn to there normal function of producing testosteron

but remember: nothing is sure in medicine

I had taken Androcur for a total of 250 days. I varied the dosage from as low as 25 mg to as high as 200 mg/day.

During the last 50 days, I also supplemented with Tamoxifen, a counterpart of Androcur with Aestrogen to cut down on pain under my nipples.

Eventually, I was able to stop all erections and libido. I experienced only very little shrinkage of my testicles and penis. My last T test came back at a low 1.37 ng/ml (well under the norm of 2 - 8 ng/ml).

Towards the end of the 250 day-period, because I was not comfortable with the complete and absolute loss of sex drive, I weaned myself off of both medications over 2 weeks' time.

About 30 days after the last pills, I started having obvious but weak nocturnal erections. And during the following month, all sexual functions and feelings came back. Penis still seemed a little smaller when soft than before.

So, as for my own experience with Androcur, certainly erections are fully reversible. Did not bother to check fertility.

Ah.. I understand. So then the pain right under my nipples must mean that my breasts are growing. lol funny I never thought breasts were so tender as they grew. I wonder what will happen next?; so exciting lol.

People at work say my face is becoming more feminine and I got to say that it made me very happy to know that ^^. I just hope nobody bumps or hits me on my breasts X__X because it will hurt.

I am on both T-Blockers and Estrogen. It has been a few months now since i have been on them and they sure seem to be working. At least they are not as tender as you mentioned, yet?. It would really suck to feel pain when they bounce as you walk X__X.

On a side note does anyone here know the average dosage of estrogen as an injection in MG?. Estraderm patch[100] seems to release 0.1 MG per day. it seems that in a month it releases about 3MGs. SO I was wondering if that was a high dosage or not. I know that high is not better so therefore knowing this would really help in order to keep things in balance!.

Estradiol transdermal patch 50 to 100 mcg (microgram) worn weekly. A 50 mcg patch is equivalent to 0.05 mg, and 100 mcg patch is equivalent to 0.1 mg. The milligram or microgram amount indicates the amount delivered each day.

Patches do not always have good contact with the skin, so the increase in surface area of contact (i.e., 2 patches) provides more consistent results.

I do not take any estrogen pills but I do take 100 mg to 200 mg divided dose, morning and evening of spiro and 2 1mg Finasteride. I do not really want to take any more pills it's a hassle T_T. I am going to try DEPO-provera in hope of dropping some pills because sometimes it is hard to keep track [forget to] and I herd that spiro stores potassium so I have been cutting back on a lot of things that have it. E.g. orange juice.
