Lop it off!

Post by Joanna (imported) »

Damn. That's what I want to do. Lop it off. All of it.

I've axed before, why?

This is why. It's not something for me, it's lop it off. Begone male stuff.

Of course, I'm kinda drunk. But it's the same old story .... begone.

OK ...I'll try to be sane. Does one scrap those boys, even though those boys stand at attention in the morn? Will I be "cool" as I think I'll be? Ahhh .... no worries .... but I'm as I should be ... smooth and such?

Darn! Damn! Some other thang.

OK, I've read what I said. I cannot think other, although, it sure seems wacky. Oh my, my, my. I'm TG and girl ... I think.

OK, answering myself.

I SO want to be castrated, not just without testes, but without all things male. So that's the story.

There are many others here who feel as you do. Perhaps if you share some more information about yourself and why you have these desires, someone can offer you specific advice.

Joanna,

Take things one step at a time. Only consider castration for now. If you are TG, you will want to keep your scrotum and penis for SRS. If I understand you correctly, castration will bring you some relief by decommissioning Mr. Penis and ridding you of libido. Erections will become rare, so Mr. Penis won't be much of a bother.

Once castration is out of the way, wait at least 6 months before considering further surgery. Why? The hormonal changes from castration may make further surgery moot.

Get the surgery done by an official doctor; Dr. Kimmel in Philadelphia is about the only choice. If you were to cut things on your own, the trip to the emergency room would cost more than a trip to Dr. Kimmel.

Hope this helps,

Terri

From the information in your profile, I would strongly recommend that you go on chemical castration for at least six months. That should tell you part of what you need to know.

If you don't like it, it's reversible by simply stopping the medication.

If you do like it, you can decide whether or not you need to try estrogen in addition. Will your end point be female or eunuch? Some are happy at each end point.

Take it step-by-step so that you never need regret your decisions. Don't suddenly leap into something irreversible.

Joanna,

You sound desperate and desperate people do desperately dangerous things. Please do not isolate yourself. When I was getting desperate, I would wake up early mornings and have such strong desires that I'd cut my scrotum open and attempt castration on myself. Eventually I enlisted the help of a co-worker and shocked her with my desperate desire and blood play. I did succeed in cutting off my left testicle, she would not assist though. I got a hematoma, went to the emergency room, it was all bad, except my left testicle was gone. What I'm saying is get help before you act and do something as desperately dangerous as I did. Hash
