That creeped me out too before trying it, but it turns out to be really easy. Just jam the syringe into one of your buttocks and there really is no pain, inject, and you're done. It's nowhere near as scary as it seems.

I have tried androcur several times to cure my sexaddiction, but even on the highest doses it didn't stop my erections or orgasm or libido.

Last year I got injections of Triptorelin, the swedish medicine name is Decapeptyl.

This is the most effective anti-androgen on the market today, even more effective than depo-provera.

It reduces testosteron levels to preburtal levels, that is I went from 13 (which is low normal) to 1.8 .

I had no libido at all for the first time in my life! It was so easy.

I wanted to please my wife sexually though and since I could have intercourse, because I was still able to get sensless erections, we did.

But then I got orgasm too. Really unpleasant ones, not sexually filled ones, but hard to describe, senseless orgasm that made me feel bad.

Now I have a pause from all medications, but next time I will use triptorelin again I will use it together with Paroxetin, a anti-depressant that desensinize (?) and inhibits orgasm.

So those two togehter and maybe with some Flutamide aswell I hope to have very litte erections and no orgasm at all.

Flutamide is a fast way to remove testoseron in your blood, it attaches to testorones and blocks them from functioning. The problem with Flutamide is that it block a lot of other stuff too, and make you feel depressed.

But it works really FAST, in 3 days more than 70% of my libido is gone with 3 tablets of FLutamide per day (the recommended dosage for cancer-patients before using triptorelin).

Triptorelin works in the way that it overstimulates the function in the brain the controls testosteron production in the testes. So after a initial flare-up, when your testosteron level increases dramatically (that is why you need flutamide aswell initially), testosteron levels go to preburtal levels.

Your testes stops producing testosterons. But unfortunatly a little more testosteron is produced by other parts of the body.

And the only way to fight that is with flutamide.

But Paroxetin works on the SSRI recepteros wich also is involved in sex.

I hope this gave you some information.

Paxil (Paroxetin) worked quickly to stop all orgasms, with me. My therapist put me on a heavy dose (50 mg) and says she often uses it for treating sex addicition and premature ejaculation. She also said for some guys it causes total anorgasmia and others have little effect. This was maddening at first, but after a bit the obsesion and drive really went away. Maybe another effect of paxil. It seems the long term effects and ablity to regain orgasms after treatment, also varies among men. My wife loves the change in me and refuses to consider a reduced dose.
