Pain, how much and how long. Down time, how long till I'm mobile again. Time frame for atrophy of testicules. Any other info as to what to expect the first couple days after the pinch. Get some real painkillers. That is going to hurt quite a bit. I tried a rubber band once. The pain in the cords was very intense after about 45 minutes. I'd suppose that a Burdizzo chrunch would produce the same result. I do think that you should be concerned about a blood clot or gangrene setting in afterwards. Personally I'd prefer a scalpel to a Burdizzo (with suitable Lidocaine injections first).
