going to get the left one with cord taken out, finally, when I told the doc Ive had it, going to do it my self, if he didnt,it did get his attention ,doc said ok, when do you want to do it, now I have to wait till jan 07 , getting better insurance at beginning of the yr, now to make it to jan, thats the agrivating part. :-\
will see how things go, since hash and others have mentioned about things not being the same, with both gone, if I can get away with 1 left, and no pain, I`ll leave things at that.
wish to thank all of those who shared experiences on this board, I learned alot, and kept me from doing something stupid![]()
Without pissing everyone off I am glad to talk to other guys in similar situations.
I really don't know how long I've had hypogonadism (Non functioning testes) so perhapes I can't report accurately how well HRT works for me. I take Androgel and since then things are much much better for me.
as a young man so perhapes I just can't remember when I was hormonaly healthy? That said, I could really do without the constant pains. I also don't care for the atrophy of my "pair." For what its worth talk to your doctor when your insurance kicks in and discuss HRT, Orchiectomy and Implants. You will want to think this out long and hard. This is a one way street. There are other things to consider. A pain clinic might be the answer for you. It might also be possible that your pains can be controlled in other ways such as talking to a mental health professional *Although between you and me I doubt it. But who knows?
If you do go with HRT be sure to note symptoms and report back to your doctor. It takes a lot of fiddling with dose to get your hormones right again. Once you do you will be a lot happier if your experience is anything like mine.
Good Luck! Stay in touch I'm curious what happens
