First, I would want it done by a real doctor in a sterile medical setting such as the office of a urologist. This would also make it easy to get a prescription for the painkillers and the follow up care to remove the sutures. Secondly, I would insist that the doctor or the nurse do the prep, unlike the self prep that I had to do the night before I had my vasectomy.

Thirdly, I would like hi-res photos taken of each phase of the operation. Before prep, after prep, while the anaesethic was being injected, the cutting, etc. I think a video would be overkill and too intrusive in a medical setting. Still photos would be suficient for my need to keep a record of the event.

Finally, I would want to watch and be conscious the entire time. I did this when I had my vasectomy. The nurse put a pillow under my head so that I could see. If possible, I would like to make the final cut on each cord.

It would also be a condition that the incisions be kept small to reduce the need for sutures and possible scars. My testicles are small, so a scrotal cut similar to a vasectomy would probably be sufficient.

It does not matter to me whether or not that I have an erection or a final ejaculation. Despite some sexual excitement during my vasectomy, I did not have an erection at any time. Okay, I admit that the previous post was more a reality scenario than a fantasy. So If I wanted a fantasy castration - here goes....
