Vasectomy as a test of castration desire

Post by Kangan (imported) »

Many years ago, I had a vasectomy done by a urologist in a clinic. When the time came for the injection of Valium to put me under, I refused the shot and insisted that I be allowed to watch the procedure. The nurse put a pillow under my head to make it easier for me to see. I was in stirrups, of course. The doctor was male, but the nurse was young and nicely built. It was a bit of a thrill to know that she could see my shaved privates. The nurse also wanted to watch the operation, but the doctor made her leave the room, which disappointed me greatly. No, I did not have an erection, nor did I want one. I do have a bit of a castration fetish, but this was not the time or place for that as this was a public clinic.

When the doctor had my scrotum opened up and was teasing out the sperm ducts in preparation for severing them, I really wanted to tell him to make it a castration instead, but I kept silent as I knew he wouldn't do it.

All in all, I found the whole expereince very interesting. My only regret is that i didn't keep the severed pieces of my sperm ducts for a souvenir.

Now if only you could just go to your local urologist and have a castration without any fuss.

Yes, I know how to reach Dr. Kimmel, but I don't want to travel that far away in case of complications and I would prefer my own bed to recover in. When I had the vasectomy, I had much pain for about a week that kept me in bed most of the time, so you can see why I'd prefer a local doctor.

Anyhow, the bottom line is that a vasectomy procedure can be had rather cheaply just about anywhere. so you folks who fantacize about castration could try that as a test like I did.

The effects of castration is far different from a vas. Castration effects the body and mind. I would try chemical castration first to see if you can handle the side effects of castration.

I wished afterwards that I had asked the surgeon if I could watch, and have a close-up look at the pieces of tube.

I had a vasectomy many years ago. My late wife almost started a fight at the hospital because they wouldn't let her watch. I sometimes miss her fine sense of kinky eroticism. The vasectomy wasn't exactly a success, I fathered another child! --FLO--

Thanks for the comments. I am well aware that the after effects of a vasectomy do not mimic that of castration since testosterone is still produced after a vasectomy. This was a trial run only to see what the surgery would be like.

I did try a DIY castration some years later by using a rubberband and produced a castration related effect, namely a substantial hot flash not long after removing the band. I had placed the band around the scrotum and kept it there for about 45-minutes until I could no longer stand the pain. While lying down recovering about an hour later, I had the hot flash. I would suspect that my testicles had shut down from lack of blod flow, at least briefly. The pains persisted into the next day and that afternoon I sought medical help, but by the time I got to the urologist's office, I was beginning to recover. He was able to find a pulse in both spermatic arteries and assured me that I was intact. Naturally he wanted to know the cause of the pain. When I told him that it had been a castration attempt, he suggested that I should talk to a psychiatrist. Duh!

I think I did damage the right testicle slightly as it appears to be somewhat smaller than before. I might add that I did not repeat this experiment. I found out what I suspected - banding is not a good way to go.

BTW, I have found the information posted on this board very useful, and I want to thank all the other posters.

As for chemical castration, that is an excellent suggestion, however, I don't think I want to go that route. Personally, I'd rather get the surgery and be done with it. I understand and can accept the after effects. I'm am not a muscular person so loss of muscular strength would be minimal. At my age, I sure could do with a smaller prostate gland, so I have a feeling that for me castration would be beneficial in that regard. My main reason for wanting castration is to calm an overactive sex drive.

Here I am after nearly 6 years have passed. Thank you, Dr. Kimmel! I am at peace with myself - no more unwanted extreme sexual urges/fantasies/etc.
