We have been accepting registrations all along. click on the registration button, fill in the profile, and submit it. Our email system is not up to par, so you may not get a confirmation email. However, I review all new registrations, verify things where necessary, and confirm new accounts. If you don't receive an email, try signing in anyway. Just give it a few hours.... I do things 3-4 times a day
