United States Declares War Upon Iran And Syria As Turkey Prepares To

Invade Iraq

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers

Kremlin sources are reporting today that the United States has

officially declared that a State of War now exists between their nation

and the Middle Eastern nations of both Iran and Syria.

Under American law, as proscribed by the United States Constitution

under Article 1; Section 8, only the United States Congress, which is

comprised of both the US Senate and the US House of Representatives, is

allowed to declare war, with their power to do so being left to them,

and which in this new declaration of war against both Iran and Syria has

taken the form of a US House and Senate Resolution, and which was the

same legal device used to begin the American wars in Afghanistan and

Iraq.

To this latest American aggression we can read as reported by the

Associated Press News Service in their article titled "House

overwhelmingly backs Israel in vote", and which says:

"The House, displaying a foreign affairs solidarity lacking on issues

like Iraq , voted overwhelmingly Thursday to support Israel in its

confrontation with Hezbollah guerrillas. House Republican leader John

Boehner cited Israel‘s "unique relationship" with the United States as a

reason for his colleagues to swiftly go on record supporting Israel in

the latest flare-up of violence in the Mideast.

The nonbinding resolution is similar to one the Senate passed Tuesday.

It harshly condemns Israel‘s enemies and says Syria and Iran should be

held accountable for providing Hezbollah with money and missile

technology used to attack Israel."

These reports further state that the use of term ‘non-binding’ in this

Declaration of War was specifically requested by the American Military

Leaders for the purpose of allowing them the sole discretion on how to

wage the military campaigns to achieve their hoped for victory,

including allowing immediate harsh sanctions upon both Iran and Syria,

and allowing the United States Military Forces to act in conjunction

with Israeli Military Forces, and as we can read from this American

Declaration of War document, and which says:

(1) reaffirms its steadfast support for the State of Israel;

(2) condemns Hamas and Hezbollah for engaging in unprovoked and

reprehensible armed attacks against Israel on undisputed Israeli

territory, for taking hostages, for killing Israeli soldiers, and for

continuing to indiscriminately target Israeli civilian populations with

their rockets and missiles;

(3) further condemns Hamas and Hezbollah for cynically exploiting

civilian populations as shields, locating their equipment and bases of

operation, including their rockets and other armaments, amidst civilian

populations, including in homes and mosques;

(4) recognizes Israel's longstanding commitment to minimizing civilian

loss and welcomes Israel's continued efforts to prevent civilian

casualties;

(5) demands the Governments of Iran and Syria to direct Hamas and

Hezbollah to immediately and unconditionally release Israeli soldiers

which they hold captive;

(6) affirms that all governments that have provided continued support to

Hamas or Hezbollah share responsibility for the hostage-taking and

attacks against Israel and, as such, should be held accountable for

their actions;

(7) condemns the Governments of Iran and Syria for their continued

support for Hezbollah and Hamas in their armed attacks against Israelis

and their other terrorist activities;

(8) supports Israel's right to take appropriate action to defend itself,

including to conduct operations both in Israel and in the territory of

nations which pose a threat to it, which is in accordance with

international law, including Article 51 of the United Nations Charter;

(9) commends the President of the United States for fully supporting

Israel as it responds to these armed attacks by terrorist organizations

and their state sponsors;

(10) urges the President of the United States to bring the full force of

political, diplomatic, and economic sanctions available to the

Government of the United States against the Governments of Syria and

Iran;

(11) demands the Government of Lebanon to do everything in its power to

find and free the kidnapped Israeli soldiers being held in the territory

of Lebanon;

(12) calls on the United Nations Security Council to condemn these

unprovoked acts and to take action to ensure full and immediate

implementation of United Nations Security Council 1559 (2004), which

requires Hezbollah to be dismantled and the departure of all Syrian

personnel and Iranian Revolutionary Guards from Lebanon;

(13) expresses its condolences to all families of innocent victims of

recent violence; and

(14) declares its continued commitment to working with Israel and other

United States allies in combating terrorism worldwide.

Russian Military Analysts are reporting that this sudden changing of the

United States Military Leaders position is due to Turkey’s vowed

intention to invade the American backed nation of Iraq, and which with

both the United States and Turkey being Members of NATO, and whose

Members are pledged to support one another, and in the current mood of

the European nations who have condemned Israel for their invasion and

destruction of Lebanon, would most certainly leave both the United

States and Israel aligned against the rest of the world.

To Turkey’s invasion plans we can read as reported by the Taipei Times

News Service in their article titled "Turkey prepared to send army to

Iraq to confront Kurds", and which says:

"Turkish officials signaled they were prepared to send their army into

northern Iraq if US and Iraqi forces did not take steps to combat

Turkish Kurdish guerrillas there. Such a move could put Turkey on a

collision course with the US, which has repeatedly warned against

unilateral moves in Iraq. But Turkey is facing increasing domestic

pressure to take some kind of action after 15 soldiers, police and

guards were killed in fighting with the guerrillas in the past week.

"The government is really in a bind," said Seyfi Tashan, director of the

Foreign Policy Institute at Bilkent University in Ankara. "On the one

hand they don't want things to break down with the US. On the other

hand, the public is crying for action."

Iran has also joined with Turkey in battling against the American and

Israeli backed Kurdish forces and have massed over 500,000 of their

military forces on the Iraqi border and have begun shelling Kurdish

positions, and as we can read as reported by the Reuters News Service in

their article titled "Kurdish official says Iran shells Kurds in Iraq",

and which says:

"A senior Iraqi-Kurdish official accused Iranian forces on Thursday of

shelling Kurdish guerrillas in northern Iraq. Othman Mahmoud, interior

minister of the Kurdish regional government in the north, said shelling

was going on along the border about 170 km (105 miles) north of the city

of Sulaimaniya.

Militants from minority Kurdish groups from Iran and Turkey have based

themselves in northern Iraq. Mahmoud said it was still not clear whether

there were any casualties. "We in the regional Kurdish government

condemn this act which is a violation of international law," said

Mahmoud. There was no immediate comment from officials in Iran."

Reports from the United States today are showing that a full propaganda

effort has been undertaken by their Military Leaders to trumpet the war

aims of the Israelis and the solidarity the American people have with

Israel, and to which is apparently succeeding as no American News

Reporting Agencies are allowing their people to know the full and

dreadful consequences of this latest war, nor the rest of the World’s

strong condemnation of it.
