Radical Penectomy

Post by Withheld Desire (imported) »

Can radical penectomy lead to any health problems.

I have heard that there is a painfull condition called blue balls, for example, which is used to descibe a build up of testerone. Is this true?

If done correctly, there will be no health problems. "Blue balls" is not a medical condition; it is a myth.

Anything that isn't discharged from the system, as in ejaculation, will accumulate and be absorbed back into the body, OR shot out in a wet dream when the tanks are full. "Blue balls" isn't like having a balloon burst in there. It won't happen.

Is that healthy. I would have thought that the body, in order to remain healthy, needs to discharge (not re-absorb) testorone.

As for wet dreams, I have been told that penis stimulation is still required in order for ejaculation. My guess is that when asleep, there is alot with which the penis contacts, such as the mattress, bed covers, etc, causing enough friction as to bring about ejacalation. Therefore, no penis ought also to mean no wet dreams.

I think you're confusing testosterone and semen. They're related but they're not identical. See any dictionary.

I don't think it works that way but I'm no expert. If you join BME you may meet a real expert.

I agree with Patient, but likewise am no expert either. I think you need to research the role the prostate plays with regard to ejaculation.

Radical penectomy should never be performed without total castration.
