People try to polarize this gay - straight thing too much.
You are either one or the other, they think.
Well, this may come as a shock, but nobody is completely one or the other. We just choose a lifestyle or become accustomed to a lifestyle and we live it and our dysfunctional society will not let us move freely from one lifestyle to the next. We come to prefer it. Behavior is hard to change. We all have it within us to change to whatever we want to become.
Transexuals may be an exception.
Oh, sure, we have preferences. But that is only if we decide that we never want to try anything new.
With that said, I may be Gay. I have never tried it. I may be a transexual or cross-dresser, I have never tried it. (I'd make a DAMN UGLY woman, in my estimation, though

) I have never felt the need to change. My sister never dressed up as a girl for a joke or for Halloween, either. I have had friends whose sisters did, though. One of them in 6th grade dressed up as a girl for Halloween and we all wondered who the new, good-looking girl in class was. We never even noticed that he was not there and that this girl was him by elimination. As far as I kow it was a one time thing for him. HE never said otherwise and I never asked him about it.
How many Gays may be Straight, but have never tried it? Who knows?
The dysfunctional society and my commitments and vows have restricted me to heterosexuality. I am happy with how I am. I wish the same for all.
