It's little things like that that make you reevaluate just how much you need a dog. Glad nothing more serious happened.

The beagle belongs to the people in the big house but he loves me better. I pay him the most attention and he sleeps right beside my front door :)

Maybe he likes me because he thinks I'm just a two-legged dog :)

Today I went grocery shopping as I thought I had $32 in my account. When it came time to pay for them, my atm card was rejected. (they musta found out I knew Paolo) I told the checker to put the groceries back when a stranger behind me payed for all my groceries, $32 worth.

See, there are angels :)

$50 mysteriously appeared in my account today so I ate at Subway, bought some groceries and got a can of food for the beagle. It was 102 F. so I kept my errands to a minimum.

I had to renew all my medications today. When I got home I realized I was still missing two things: pepper and mayo. I walked over to the ATM and was glad to see I had $17 left in my account. It's off to the grocery store tomorrow :)

Beagles are great judges of character. If a beagle chooses you take it as a compliment. They are a great sleeping companion.
