I've taken the Valtrex for almost two days now and notice no difference. Then again, it's only been two days - Heheheheh

I needed groceries that would not fit in my cart or on the bus so I took a cab to there grocery store. When we arrived back at my apartment, as I was getting out of the cab I lost my balance and the pavement. See, dammit I'm getting old. The only damage is a skinned right elbow and my pride. Heheheh
Even though I'm almost as old as River, at least I don't have to contend with volcanos.

I awoke this morning with a panic attack but overcame it without taking a Xanax. I walked a few blocks and grabbed a cheap breakfast. When I got back home the symptoms had passed

Natural remedies are often better. But, was it the walk, the cheap breakfast, or both?

Maybe both. Five hours later another panic attack with greater intensity and I had to take a Xanax for that one.

I was having breathing problems tonight. Both nostrils were clogged. I walked over to the ER where they tested by BP and my sugar. Frightfully, my blood sugar was 387. They gave two IV's of saline and insulin which brought my blood sugar down to 140. THey also gave me two syringes to squirt saline up each nostril. THey also gave me an Rx for Flonase. It took 6.5 hours. Hospitals are boring.
I just now squirted the saline up both nostrils: it seems to unclog both a little

I live in the garage that became the apartment. The front house had two residents. The landlord rented to a hyper black dude = big mistake. This new guy, Levante, pissed all over the bathroom, kicked in the doors and tried to set the house on fire. The landlord threw him out, changed the locks and called the police.
Last night Levante tried toy break in the house by tearing away the screen door and breaking the glass on the door. I just told the landlord and the police.

Did he leave stuff behind and thought he could break in and get it?
Sounds like that guy needs a new home, one with an address that will not change for a year or two, with a skylight or...
Now you take care my friend,
River

Last Tuesday I walked the three blocks to my doctor appointment. When I told her nurse I was there she said I had been switched to a new health plan called IEHP and had to see a different doctor ten miles away.
I was hopping mad. I like my doctor, Tamseela Awan. When I got home I called IEHP and gave them my two cents worth. The guy I spoke with was very polite and said, "give us a day to do the paperwork and you can have Awan as your primary doctor again." I was happy again.
I see Dr. Awan tomorrow to hopefully get new sleeping pills.

I needed new reading glasses so I made an appointment with an eye clinic one block from me. They gave me a lengthly eye exam and told me my glasses would be ready in two or three weeks. It's been two weeks and I'm anxious. The price was right. For the exam, new glasses and frames it cost me -0- - My insurance paid for it all
