I know people that live with out teeth. Their diets are restricted to Potatoes and Hot Dogs. And very little else. That is a boring diet, 365 days per year.

Where is most of your pain. Oddly I had pain from a bad upper tooth and it caused a lot of facial pain. The tooth was affecting my sinuses and nothing stopped the pain as well as a sinus medication. Sudafed eliminated the pain. My symptoms were a feeling like my face from my teeth to eye sockets were going to burst open. If the pain is only in your teeth a topical toothache medicine might help. Once the infection is eliminated you should feel better.

AS SOON AS the infection is knocked back, you need to try to do something about your teeth! It will only return, probably worse, if you don't find some way to get some dental help. There has to be some way in your city to manage that. A few phone calls should help you to find a way.

I had to go to the ER last night. They said I had a major jaw injection and Cellulitis. I was in too much pain to go after two new Rx's - Norco and Clindamycin.

I'm waiting now for my landlord to take me to a pharmacy :)

Landlord just dropped me off home. I have Clindamaysin (40 capsules) and Norco (10). I already took one each. Rx said to take one every six hours.

Many antibiotics, including clindamycin, may cause overgrowth of dangerous bacteria in the large intestine. This may cause mild diarrhea or may cause a life-threatening condition called colitis (inflammation of the large intestine). Clindamycin is more likely to cause this type of infection than many other antibiotics, so it should only be used to treat serious infections that cannot be treated by other antibiotics. Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had colitis or other conditions that affect your stomach or intestines.

Be careful, and get well.

As fhunter posted be careful. One thing you can do to prevent any problems is to take a probiotic or eat yogurt. They will keep the good bacteria in your bowels so diarrhea will not develop. Probiotics are expensive so a daily serving of yogurt would be the way to go.

Did they prescribe Valtrex or it's generic valacyclivor? It is a great anti viral that is good for the treatment of herpes zoster.
