Amen. I have it that aspirin also goes a long way to keeping the heart good, and the check colonoscopy clean. Must be one of the few remaining medical bargains!
Stay well.

Stay well.

ONE SCARY NIGHT -
Last night I went to bed about midnight. As I tried to relax I noticed I was having a Panic Attack. I sat up, got dressed and went on my computer hoping it would pass in 30 or so minutes. It didn't. Finally, I just sat in front of my computer, turned on a TV program, closed my eyes and began deep breathing. Four hours later I was still siting there because every time I tried to rise it felt like I was about to pass out. Finally, I tried one last time to rise and felt nausea. I actually vomited for the first time in decades. Then I felt the need to relieve my bowels. I sat on the throne for 35 minutes, my longest period of diarrhea. After I was through, I felt refreshed, safe and sleepy. I went to bed about 5:00 am and slept till a few minutes ago.
Not one of my favorite nights.

It is, without a doubt, time to start worrying about the state of your general health. Between the "mini stroke" and this incident I see a need for medical investigation. The latest signs ring a distant bell for me but I can not quite place it yet. --FLO--

I'm having another panic attack tonight but it is not nearly as bad. I'm going to watch a movie until I get sleepy.

I had a panic attack this morning but I fought it off and went grocery shopping. Panic attacks are easier in the daytime. The hospital called and told me they haven't finished analyzing my tests yet. They reminded me to call my regular doctor.

I got to talk to my doctor's nurse and filled her in on my mini-stroke and panic attacks. The nurse said she'd ask the doctor to give me an Rx for my panic attacks

I managed to get to sleep about midnight but a panic attack hit about 4:00 am so I got up, dressed and went online. I fixed an early breakfast and began watching Star Trek: Voyager

I would suggest a link between the panic attacks and the mini-stroke. --FLO--

Sounds good to me. BTW, I went to my pharmacy expecting to pick up[ an anti-anxiety Rx. All they had for me was an updated blood pressure medicine. So, I go another day and night with these G-Damned panic attacksUncle Flo (imported) wrote: Wed Apr 30, 2014 7:53 am I would suggest a link between the panic attacks and the mini-stroke. --FLO--
I just talked to the nurse at my doctor's office. She says my doc hasn't been in yet and won't be in till tomorrow afternoon and only she can order my anti-anxiety meds.
