Kindred Hospital's cardiologist just called to say mom's heartbeat was down to 25 beats per minute.

She is on Chemical Code status. The cardiologist will put her on an external pacemaker to stimulate the heart.

Now it's just time....

Mac I will keep you and your mom in my heart and prayers. You have been a good son and taken good care of your mom. You will have an extra star in your crown. Losing a loved one is never easy but the heart slowing down is one of the most peaceful ways for it to happen.

The gentleman I cared for with Alzheimer's passed away recently and I knew he would be reunited with his memories and his wife who preceded him in death.

My neighbor must of thought I needed cheering so she gave me a Xmas present: a lil gray kitten.

It's soft, cudly and innocent so I named it Jessica :)🐈‍⬛siamese:🐱🛍️🆕🐈

My mother, Lois Ellen Avery, died at Kindred Hospital at 6:55am.

Doctors say she closed her eyes and went to sleep and suffered no pain

Wolfie, I am very very sorry to here of your loss of your Mother today. I know how very much you loved he all the years of your life. I meet your mother when I visited you. Your love was so very easy to see and experience. You would do anything that you could for her at any time.

She was lucky to have a son that took care of her all the years. Most would have put their mother's in a nursing home a great many years before you did. You gave the best care that any one could ever expect. Taking care of her when she did not even know who you were. Having to put up when the police came to the door because she called saying a stranger was in the house. It took a very strong person to put up with that for so many years. Yet your love never stopped.

You can rest knowing that she is in a better place now with no pain and only has joy. Wish you well. 🤗 🤗 🤗
