Don't forget that back pain generally is relieved by exercising the abdominal muscle groups.

One can get the muscle groups out of balance and create chronic back pain. Usually, back pain has a structural component. There is a disk or a bony defect in the spine that is the root cause.

As long as you do not have continuous pain that runs down one leg only, medical intervention can be avoided by using common sense.

Bed rest is good, but only for one day at a time. You must remain mobile.

I have a good Chiropractor who has vertually eliminated my back pain with treatment an exercises that I do. I walk about 2miles a day (35min) to get the heart rate up (my regular Doctor wants me to do the 2 miles 3 days a week min) The Chiropractic exercises take about 4min twice per day.

I have been a Eunuch 1.5 years Chemical and done for 1.5 years with surgery.

I enjoy my life as a Eunuch and with added moderate exercise I feel Great!

I am 64 years young and feel better than I did 10 years ago witout a little exercise and noticing the body saying tha someting is not right EARLY.
