Premarin Cream

I need some advice on premarin cream. What are the benefits and what parts of the body is it used on. I read the product info on In House Pharmacy that states it can also be used for genital shrinking.

Premarin is for feminization. It is basically a mix of estrogens, and will cause female sexual secondary characteristics to become more pronounced (such as larger breasts, and more body fat).

It is not really for castration though and will not alter your natural testosterone levels. Penis will not shrink or anything on premarin alone.

If you are transsexual then you should be blocking your androgens (i.e. chemically castrating yourself) AND using premarin. If you are just interested in castration or reducing effect of testosterone then premarin is not the right thing.

Hormone creams work generally in the body, so applying them to a specific body part will not make their effect more specific. The only thing that matters is to apply it in an area where absorbtion into the blood stream is good. Actually, the genital area is good for that.

One other note: the word "Premarin" comes from "pregnant mare urine" -- and the drug really is made from urine of pregnant horses! In fact animal rights people are against this because to create the drug, mares are kept artifically in a state of fake pregnancy. Kind of gross what drug companies are willing to do ...

I was castrated in 1998. I am taking 6mg of estrofem per day. I just wanted to know more about premarin cream I now have size B breast. Would using the cream on them help to enlarge them? If you look at the bottom my thread you will see the info on my castration.

It doesn't matter where you rub the cream. It works by raising the estrogen on your whole body. Yes, it would continue any feminization process you are already on, which would presumably include continued breast growth.

Note though that transsexuals usually claim that the best breast growth you can expect through hormones is to look at the women in your family and you might get up to a size below them. So B cup is probably close to final result. Is your avatar a real picture of your breasts? If so, it looks pretty like natural breasts.

Thanks so much for your info. Both mother and sister were not large breasted. My pix are real without any retouch. It was three years after my castration before I went on hormones. Before hormones my breast started to grow on there on. They were sore like I was going though girl puberty and one was larger than the other. When Dr Kimmel removed my scrotum he put me on hormones for two month both oral and injections. It was like puberty all over again. My breast were sore to the point that I could not touch them. They grew and both are now the same size. I'm on 6mg of estrofem per day and getting great results. I feel great and girlie. Its nice to wear panties and not have anything to hang out. I am very shy and have problems meeting others but I'm taking it a day at a time. I did work in my yard this morning wearing short shorts and a tanktop style undershirt and my breast really stood out.

I will be in touch with Dr Kimmel about doing my penectomy and will talk to him about going back on hormones.

My nipples remain sore and tender as long as I am on estrofem. They also very sensitive where my penis is not. I would think that the soreness comes from the breast growing a little at a time. I would like to hear from others on this subject.

Premarin Cream is a prescription drug. You can buy it off shore, but run the risk of the shipment being interdicted. You can find doctors, however, who will prescribe it. Find a dermatologist who is a transgenderist, for example. (In Houston, my dermatologist was.) One place you can rub it on is your nipples. In small amounts it will cause them to become more sensitive and you will find some enlargement. This will likely not cause not cause any decrease either in libido or ability to get an erection.

Another avenue is progesterone cream available at any health food store. Placing a quarter size (2 cm) amount on your scrotum will definately cause after a month or so a lowering of libido and will start to affect the ability to have an erection. In the same health food store look for books on progesterone cream and read up. Do note that this is a phytoestrogen derived from plant material as opposed to something like Provera. Yet, will produce demonstrable effects.

As with anything, do not expect instant results and do not apply excessive amounts. A month's supply will run you about $10-20 US.

with this software I can apparently only edit a message once. I wanted to clarify that the cream should be applied daily. A small jar will last one to two months.
