I just stumbled across your thread now. Most of what you write fits also me, as I try to get my genitals removed because I feel neutral. It's quite difficult here in germany, too. Next month I have an new appointment, hopefully this will start to put some progress in my case as the last 2-3 years of therapy didn't help at all.

Maybe you could PM me the name of your current doctor, if you don't mind. Then I could ask mine to do maybe some brainstorming.

All the best wishes for your way.

Hi T van Keel.

Its a very long root, 10 years for me. I am the first official in the Netherlands. I don't know how its in Germany. You could ask Jesus, maybe he has some advice. He has helped me.

Yes, it's a long way with many obstacles. I'm already in contact with Jesus, he sent me some articles and told me about a therapist in my area who might be a better help than my previous one, although even that therapist was aware of MtE, but wasn't able to provide the necessary help, at least until now. It is said that voluntary castration isn't possible in Germany, and you have to accept that. But what about MtF, they get castrated, so what's the problem?

Next month I have my second appointment with the new therapist, then I will see if there is some progress possible.

Congratulations, that sounds really good! And it gives me some hope as you live in a direct neighbor country, maybe my doctors risk a glance across the border and adopt some procedures.

Today i had a call from my doctor about the blood and bone density scan results.

My blood was good, but my bones not. In my lower spine there is is osteoporose found.

And in my hip beginning.

That is not good, advice is now to take vitamin D and calcium.

If it gets worse, other steps has to be take.

I already had a feeling it wouldn't be right.

You know this can happen, but you always think it will be fine

What about the issue with your bone density?

Unfortunately I don't make any progress. My doc just says I need to accept that castration is not possible here. That's all help I get. Very disappointing.
