Today I had an appointment again with VUMC

I have almost green light for subscript of androcur.

I've gotten the label Genderidentitydisorder NOS

I have to speak to an psychiatrist for an second opinion. This can take 2-3 months because he has an heavily overbook schedule.

If he agrees to the disorder, ill have green light.

Then the have to make a new procedure how to proceed, because I am the very first one (official) in the Netherlands.

Most likely 1 year androcur then an orchiectomy.

You have the exact same diagnosis as myself, though these days it officially Gender Dysphoria - NOS. If your doctor needs advice or help from other professionals to sort things out for you, he should get in touch with Jesus here, or my surgeons in California, USA. Other than it appears you will keep your penis, your route is sounding exactly like my own, I went through the process and am now a nullo. Most trouble seems to be that doctors do not wish to be the first one on things like this, well, they're not! I'm sure my surgeon would be willing to speak with colleagues abroad.

The hospital is aware of his work and documents, and even know Jezus.

Maybe ill meet Jezus next year on an convention who knows!? I'm looking forward of it.

An small update, Yesterday i met my new counselor. My previous got an other job.

After been very nervous, it went well.

At the end of consoling session he also told me that that everything is OK, and he supports me.

At the end of next month ill have an consult session with a psychiatric, if that goes good two, I'll will get treatment, as far is I understand it.

An update again.

Last week and had an meeting again with the consoler.

There is an delay, if all is good I get to know on end of January if all is good, and i get an go.

I've have gotten today green light!!

My next appointment will be with an endocrinologist to talk about the anti-androgen treatment, and also something for my bones.

Then is all goes well for 1 year, ill get an orchiectomy

My first post on this topic was 05-21-2006 and now 01-15-2016 almost 10 years it took me the get here.
