Penile size loss or no?

I am currently taking 25mg Spiro once every 3 days. The effects on my erections or libido are quite noticeable.

If I can continually obtain my supply of spiro, I may even consider it a life-long regiment.

However, if I were to use it for long-term, will there be penile shrinkage?
