It's a great city Z, I visit the UK as often as I can. And remember, traitors were hanged, drawn, quartered, AND castrated !

You may want to see the Cabinet War Rooms, which opened just a couple years ago, a really interesting exhibit (can't recall what tube stop tho). If you can get out of town, try taking the train to Cambridge for a day, a nice way to see the English countryside and Cambridge is a super place to take some pics. My favorite thing in all of England is the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, a few miles from Cambridge. Last time I was there I watched Honest-to-God Spitfires and a Lancaster bomber taking off and landing; if you have any interest at all in WWII aviation, this is more than worth the trip. It's the largest collection of AIR WORTHY historic planes in the world. The workshops are open to tours, you can chat up guys restoring planes and old piston engines...... man, I'm giving myself an erection.
