My cords ache and sometimes the only way to make the pain stop is to tuck my balls up. I brace them from underneath with a lycra thong and wear another thong over that to hold my penis down between my legs.

It kind of bugs me to do this because I don't feel very manly, but my balls are in pretty bad shape from an old injury to the cords. I don't know what else to do. It works

So, are you considering having the scrotum eventually removed? This is an issue I am considering, should I loose my other testicle. To me, the jury is really out on this aspect, primarily because everything I read says there are so many blood vessels and nerves involved. Seems to be more than just cosmetic level survery (assuming it is done properly).
