When I was 14 years old, I would masterbate with a rubberband around my testies. One day I noticed that they had srunk to half their size and are still very small. I am 24 years old now and am wondering if they are gone for good. My last 2 girl friends had noticed that they were small but penis is a good length. Any one have and advice or enlarging devices for testies? Do they need to be finished? All things I am trying to find out.

See your doctor. Get a sperm test and get a testosterone test. That is the only way to know.

Or you might be an Klinefelter boy. You doc can tell you what that mean.

If you realy have klinefelter syndrome you have to consider if you like to have your tiny balls, still or you will have them removed.

I have KS, but find out I had that when I was 49 yy. In 2003 I was castr , after many examens. I can tell you it was the best I ever had done.

So when you see your Doc. ask him forst to do as our fiend DocT says, and then ask you doc what he think you shall do with your tiny balls.

Another thought, though, is what size are they? The size range of normally functioning human testicles is quite large. Most fall in the range of 12 to 25 cubic centimeters, but they can still be functioning properly as small as 8 cc and a few men have ones larger than 35 cc that are not malformed.

Your doctor can tell you if yours are functioning – producing both testosterone and sperm. If you are at the very small end of the size range, he may suggest other tests in addition.

There is no safe way to enlarge testicles. You have whatever size you happen to have....

My balls had no sperm in it and very little testosterone ! The right one was not more the 2 cc and the left one was 4 cc.

When i noticed that my balls was shrive up when I had taken HRT for some years, I ask my urlogist doc if if want to take them. Afyter some exam e d prostatebiopsy he agreed to take them. ---It was my free will to have them taken!

Now I am liveing much healtier both physicaly and psychicly. (hard to spell right). I am feeling as I am a "normal" male when I do take HRT of Testogel 50 mg/day.

My testicles measure 1.5in x 1in. I do not know if they make sperm but I can ejaculate semen if I vigorously masturbate. But I have been on Depo-Provera for over 4 years now

I had a bladder infection that settled into my left testicle years ago. It swelled up very large and the doctor said it would probably be damaged and shrink away. It shrank a little but not much. Since it was probably damaged that is the side I have used for testicle torture with needles, crushing and other devices. Now it is very small, about one half the size of the right one and doesn't hurt when crushed or poked with needles. Is this a sign that it is dead and non-functional? Anyone else have this experience?

Probably. Keep at it and if it ain't dead it will be eventually.....

I'm not a medical expert, but I suspect nonfunctional is the correct terminology. My personal experience is that necrotic (dead) tissue in the body generally becomes a significant source of bacteria, which can lead to septicemia (and in my case, did) when it goes into the blood stream.

I know that injections of gonadotropin are used in cases of delayed development of the testicles. I wonder if they might be helpful in cases where development is or seems to be inadequate. This is something you might ask your physician about.
