Hi,
I started by a 150mg shot once a week for 3 weeks. It has now been almost two weeks since and the effects are still there ie; limp dick, shrinkage, and much less libio. Should I do another in 2 weeks, 3 weeks or 4 weeks? I am 61 years old and 170 lbs.
Any help would be most welcome.
Chris

Re: Maintance Depo question
My experience mirrors the advice of others on the board. I took the starter shots once a week (four shots in my case) and then once a month. After the first few weeks, like you, I seemed to have most of the effects in place. However it took me about two months for the side effects to settle down and things became stable. My wife likes the new me and we are tighter more than ever.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Chris
Keep taking one shot a week until your libido is gone then continue with one shot a month.

Re: Maintance Depo question
The first effects was just being tired. For about a day after the first shot I was tired, like having the flue without other effects. The fatigue slowly went away, but even now, four months later, I still get a bit fatigued in the afternoon (thank goodness I discovered RockStar energy drink).
Starting a few weeks into it I started being very sensitive to cold. Did not help that we had a cold wet winter. I would shiver for almost no reason. Now, that seems to go away for the most part.
Another effect was my testicles would sometimes have a dull ache. Again, that is going away.
The latest side effect is more mental. I am more emotional. A few weeks back I was talking to my wife and choked up. My wife said "welcome to my life" and smiled. It is key to have a supportive partner.
I am sure this is different for all people, just my experience.
