Dr: Bowers (Marci) is an active SRS/GRS surgeon but she does Orchiectomy procedures as well. *Come to think of it almost every SRS includes an Orchiectomy. Anyway, if your interested check out the following link.

The link is http://www.marcibowers.com/grs/orchiectomy.html

*NOTE: "For genetic males not planning to transition, castration can be performed, but requires two (2) letters: one from a mental health professional and the second letter can be from any medical provider. Letter(s) must detail specific rationale for why the procedure is to be performed, and that the consequences of castration have been specifically discussed in detail."

Helping people with sex transition surgicaly is her main game but she says she has done a fair number of orchiectomies. And yes, my understanding is that she is also a SRS patient and just my two cents "very" well done! ;-) Quite the dish in other words.

Too bad both Trinidad, Colorado, and Antwrp are so far away. Also, since I am not a TG male wanting SRS, it does make finding a suiable doctor challenging. I'd settle for any local doctor (Mid-central US) male or female. A female doctor would be a bonus. (Yes, I do have some castration fantasies, despite being rather serious about it....)

If you're thinking how wonderful it would be to have a woman castrate you, you're still into fantasy and not reality. In fact, you are not ready to be castrated because it's fantasy. If you were castrated by a woman, you'd wake up a few days later and regret it. If you want to be truly castrated and perfer women, find a female psychiatrist, tell her you can't stand your testicles, get a letter and then find a urologist. There are female urologists in most major cities, but as I said before, when you're up on the table watching a scalpel move towards your crotch, it'll shake you out of your fantasy.

If you're crazy enough to still want a woman to castrate you, take your elastrator, go to some sleazy bar and look for the woman of your choice. Wave a few hundred bucks in her face and tell her what you want her and her friend to do to you. If you try long enough you'll find a woman desperate enough to do it. But make sure you have all the tools, pain killers, etc., and be ready to go to the closest emergency room. If you want to keep your testicles after they slice them off make an agreement with them ahead of time. Then prepare to live life as a eunuch. Sex will never be the same even with testosterone replacement, those testicles are special and they have a way of doing more then you can imagine. Take it from one who knows. Hash P.S. You might have more success in a lesbian chat room. I've discussed the topic and some lesbians have stated that they'd love to castrate a man. But I didn't take them up on it.

Dr Bowers does Orchiectomies and SRS. I have to agree with Hash tho. I think the "fantasy" will be a lot less exciting once they are gone and you hit bottom hormone wise.

You have posted this several times. It will NOT be posted here except by the ORR practioner, should he wish, out of privacy and protection concerns. I would strongly suggest you send them email and deal with them directly.

Any further posts of this question will be deleted yet again.

I wondered what had happened to my postings. I didn't know getting their address was a problem. I had been to Antwerp many times and wanted to see if they were in a good part of town. You can zoom in on an address using google maps. But, I shall ask them.

But Bo is a dominatrix with her own web site.

Steve carries out the procedure.

Steve is a surgeon who makes castrations and penectomies.

Bo is his assistant. If you want BO can do the final cuts.

Steve prepares and BO cut.

Like that BO can cut :

- the testicles cords to remove the testicles

- the corpora cavernosas to remove the penis

Like that your testicles and your penis can be cut by a woman.

About Marcie Bowers : she isn't a genetic woman. She is a MTF transsexual.

There are no women surgeons like Kimmel or Spector that I know of and that means that options are limited. Castrations should always be performed by a licensed qualified surgeons, but if you must go through with this fantasy of having a woman castrate you, buy an elastrator, pain killer like lidocaine, scalpel, and take $500-1000 bucks down to a local club and find a woman that sexually excites you. Tell her that you want help getting castrated and are willing to pay her $500-1000 dollars. If you want to film it, ask her to bring a friend who can film it for you. You'll probably be rejected initially, but if you keep trying,

for the cash who will castrate you. Then be prepared to spend some embarassing hours, days in the local emergency room, psych ward, etc. If you're thinking of getting castrated by a woman, because it's sexually stimulating

Gee whiz, folks! I admit to having a mild fantasy and I get jumped on. Duh! Frankly I don't really care who castrates me. All I said was having a woman do it would be a plus. When I had my vasectomy, I had no sexual thoughts other than being mildly tittilated by having the nurse see my private parts.

Castration is something that has been on my mind for over 30 years for some very serious real world reasons that I would prefer not to discuss on an open forum. The fantasy side of it is just that - fantasy. (Fantasizing about fantasy?)

I just want it done quickly and easily - like a vasectomy procedure. No fuss - no muss - no trips to the Emergency Room. I don't want to travel to a strange city and have the logistical complications of trying to recover far from home.

As for DIY, the only thing available locally is an elastrator ($22 at Tractor Supply). That would leave me with no scrotum and the potential for a blood clot or gangrene or worse. I want to keep my scrotum. Same comments regarding a Burdizzo - no way! Oh yeah - I don't like pain either.

I'd be a eunuch tomorrow if I could find a local doctor, and not because of a silly fantasy.
