Yeah, I agree it could be natural. However, I do view a LOT of porn, and her look is very rare. Also, apparently labia reduction is becoming very popular and I've read that the frequency now greatly surpasses male genital enhancement procedures. I don't like the "labia reduction" pictures so much as "labia removal". I think the completely smooth look (rather than still having small labia remaining) looks a lot nicer.
