I have recently started a course of testosterone (nandrolone decanoate) which has coursed my testicles to reduce in size(50%) sadly no affect for my penis.As somone who wishs to maintain a masculine physique (long term weight lifter) but with either substantially reduced genitalia or smooth crotch.Is it only possible to have reduced testicles by maintaining an external source of testosterone.Also is it only possible to have a reduced penis by surgury.

Yes, it is possible for your testicles to reduce in size if you are taking external T. This is because with the extra T they don't need to work as hard anymore and just shut down. Eventually the effects could become irreversible.
Chances are the penis will not shrink so long as T is present. The best non-surgical way to shrink the penis is to eliminate testosterone, but this does not guarantee penile shrinkage. Eliminating T has all kinds of effects that can be great for a few but unpleasant for many. Be sure you can handle the consequences of whatever you do.

I had low Testosterone myself and was having a really really rough time. Poor Moods, Anger at everyone and everything. Lots of anxiety issues. Which were unheard of until I had the problem. Sleepy all the time, getting fat and just feeling like shit. Once I went on HRT I felt tons better. The shrinking Testes IS (unfortunatly) pretty normal. Mine were large and sensitive as hell *Probably being signaled to produce like crazy but they couldn't. When I went on HRT they just shut off and I wonder if prostetics are the answer.

There is a protein hormone called P53 that will shrink the penis and prostate. It is being researched for use in prostate cancer. You can google it. It is used for research and is not approved for medical use. It would have to administered for several weeks through a pump implanted in your penis. I have never heard of any doctor who would do this and I don't recommend it. But there it is.
