Hey, I think it is really wonderful that there are guys out there like you that want a vagina yet stay masculine. To me, that would be the sexiest guy I could meet! As a gay man and a total top, it would give us as a couple the freedom to have sex the way staight couples do without any fear of fecal accidents. If tissue rejection were not an issue and they keep making progress with microsurgery who knows? Maybe t-girls could swap the whole reproductive system with transmen. It is even conceivable that a trans-couple could swap with each other, and still have children.... the almost natural way

A T-couple swapping parts? I recall reading a Sci-Fi story about how you could swap brains and thus trade bodies so you could experience sex as a woman and vice versa. Don't recall the title, though - old age strikes again.

In "theory" it would be possible to transplant a uterus and ovaries as well as other parts, but it would require life long medication to prevent tissue rejection. There would be a lot of issues with how to make every thing fit the space available. As well as tons of micro surgery for the vascular system and nerve tissue. It would probably be best to make all the sensate parts such as the clitoris using the patients own never endings from the penis.

I don't think modern medicine is advanced enough to try this with a human patient. Certainly it would not be elective surgery.

In the case of F2M transmen, I think things look a little more promising. Most of the plumbing is external, but there would still be quite a bit of micro surgery for the vascular system and nerve tissue. It would be nice if this could happen as at the moment phaloplasty only yields a very crude approximation of a penis.

I'm betting all this will happen first for the transmen. Some where in the distant future doctors will be able to grow these organs using the patients own cells. Thus tissue rejection will cease to be a problem. When we start seeing news reports of human organs being grown in the lab or even in situ, that will be the sign. This won't be cloning as most people think of it, where the whole organism is grown from an egg and then parts taken from it. Rather these new organs will start off as a culture of cells from your own body, and then be printed in layers onto a medium and kept alive in tank filled with your own blood or some synthetic version there of.

Many of us struggle with these issues. I believe that if you start a regiment of Estrogen and Anti-androgen, you may feel differently. Sometimes there is a very deep-seated thought that makes you feel this way. Some of us feel male at times and then female. The road map will help.

It sounds like a great idea and I have considered it myself. I remember seeing some web sites for clinics in Thailand that can do what you would like. You will have to do a web search for that or look on reputable transgender sites that have recommended clinics or reviews. Anything is possible for you.

I will look around some more and see if I can give you some specific clinic names.
