hi, know a person in washington DC with a penile conversion resulting in a working vagina as you describe, and a genetic male from the waist up, not unheard of , just not available, to my knowledge, in US due to legal and ethical constraints. No mythlology here , know this person well and he says that has had no complications and the equipment is fully functioning , acknowledging the fact that there is no way to ever know if the sensations would be equivalent to that of a genetic female.

I hope you don't mind a few questions:

Can I ask where your acqaintance had the operation done?

Did he have to go to Thailand?

What about follow-up, gynocolgy, etc, if he lives here int he US?

Is he happy with the procedure? How long has he had a vagina?

He certainly would know what sensations had been like as a male, even if he does not have a genetically female vagina. Is the sensitivity the same as when the penis was external?

Is he on T? Or did he keep the testes?

Does he have a male partner? If so are they mutually happy with this alteration?

You may not know the answer to these quesitons ... and some of them may be too personal.

Nevertheless, I appreciate any info. I'm very interested in this idea.
