Tell him you'd like to try SSRI drugs, like Prozac, to help control your compulsion. I was in a very similar situation (I'm 32, would masturbate 10 times per day, spent $500/week on prostitutes, etc.) and was essentially saved by a prescription of Celexa. SSRI drugs are mainly for depression, but also used to treat compulsive behavior, paraphilias, and furthermore often have the "side effect" of reducing libido.
Others here have followed my advice, and their doctors were quite okay with it (might have to be referred to a psychiatrist who will then give the SSRI).
It doesn't work for everyone, but if it does it is the best option -- you still get to be a man, with all the benefits of testosterone (like strength and energy) without being ruled by libido.

Re: have a few questions
Yeha,
You probably want to do your homework on the subject (or, maybe, someone more knowledgable than I can help you). Loss of libido is a well-known side effect of some, but not all, of the SSRI class of drugs. For most people, it is an undesired side effect. You will want to know which of the various choices are most likely to help you before you see your doctor so that you can be more informed in your discussion.
SplitDik's advice is very good. Always try to do the minimum necessary for the desired result. The effect of SSRIs is reversible should you change your mind (or as your libido naturally drops as you age).
Please keep us informed of your progress, as your experience may be very helpful to others who come here for advice.

You might also consider some remedial grammar and spelling lessons with that. Posts like this might be trendy for the younger Internet set, but it won't be tolerated here.

Celexa hasn't done anything for reducing my sex drive. I've been on the same dose for months now, so maybe I"m "used to it", or maybe it's a combination of being 34 and in shape or who knows what, but I wouldn't count on Celexa lowering your sex drive. Depo provera sure did though, but then again, you already talkeda bout that.
