I'm really bothered by this loss of strength thing. I know I won't be fully happy until I get this monkey off my back, but I don't know if I can deal with being weak, as I struggle to keep in shape as it is. I don't plan to go transgender, but rather just be a genderless "male." What kind of testerone supplements can I take?

I should add that so much of weight maintenance does depend on motivation. It can be done. it's up to you and that motivation.

Yesterday, I did the Royal Victoria Marathon (half). I was extremely sore afterwards. My BF reports I was looking chipper as I passed through the finish chute. That was all put on. Thanks though to his excellent massage - bare buns on the front lawn of the BC Parliament Buildings (the finish) was a great touch - and rest, I'm up to it again. You just have to keep doing it - everyday. Of course, I'm now looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner later today. I bet I'll craw thankfully - and thoroughly satiated (from dinner and sex) - into bed tonight.
