DIY T-level testing

Post by HairyHarry (imported) »

As T levels reduce by about 2% each year after the age of 30, it seems reasonable to keep an eye on them.

Is there a DIY method of checking? Mine was 13.6, (normal range 9.7 to 27) taken by GP three years ago.

If taking any meds or herbs, as many here do, monitoring the level would seem advisable. Saw Palmetto seems to work, but posts on the 'net give several opinions.

If you take anything I would seriously consider having your doctor check you with regular labs.

This thread is almost seven years old. I assume Harry has his answers by now. --FLO--
