scrotum removal

Post by Wayne (imported) »

I finally found a urologist that will remove my testicles and scrotum. However, I am curious how the scrotum can be or will be removed so that it is nice and flat and tight. Anyone know how this is done? I'm just concerned that it might turn out looking bad. I don't want to tell the uro how to do it, but I'd like to have some knowledge of how it's done. Any knowledge or experience here?

I might be able to shed some light on that topic

the scrotum will be cut down each side removing 75% of the scrotum the remaining skin is stitched together. diepending on the surgeon there may be some bag left or nice and tight.

I had my scrotum removed when I was castrated in April. I was left with a mini bag but I don't mind as the remaining skin will be used for my next surgery.

I am wondering if these are two separate surgeries or can both procedures be done at once? How much is the typical extra cost? I have been saving up for this procedure for some time now.

my castration and scrotal removal were done at the same time. the doctor that did the surgery charges 2000 for castration and 1200 for scrotal removal

Mornings,

Checked your profile. Before you get rid of the scrotum, make sure you won't need it for future surgeries.

I was castrated in the end of July this year. My sack is getting nice and small already. Looks like it is not large enough to get one ball back inside. I am very happy so far. I may get a reduction at a later time once I see just how much I will have.

hey,

i was castrated by a cutter 5 yrs ago. my sack was removed after 6 months passed, to allow healing and shrinkage , so as to minimize any remnant skin left. my cock's been injected with 20cc of alcohol, "Everclear" killing the erectile tissue, numbing the cockhead permanantly, and causing permanant chastity. i haven't had an erection in over a yr. for the injection, my cock was numbed with emla cream, didn't hurt a bit!

From my experience and that of people I talk with I would say that a urologist is unlikely to agree with you. When I was looking for castration my personal doctor, an endocrinologist and a surgeon were receptive to the idea, the urologists were firmly opposed to the very thought of such a thing. I was eventually denied by the committee that oversees procedures. --FLO--

Some weeks ago when I had my castration I also had the scrotal sac removed. It was closed, after the removal by the Urological Surgeon, by a Plastic Surgeon and now, only a short time later, aside from some rapidly fading stitches, there's no clear indication that it ever existed. I'm told that there will be a slightly raised line from the Perineum that will connect with the underside of the penis giving the look of a "natural" body.

I would point out that this sort of "extra" surgical work is probably only available in a accredited medical facility. Those who chose other methods of removal may not have access-as in an emergency room-to this sort of surgeon. It's a basic procedure but not one that most Plastic Surgeons routinely do so I'd want to know not only if they will do it but what their projection might be as to the appearance when finished.
