Yes, I would like to know if the alcohol tratment REALLY works with no complications. Remember, use only pure ethyl (grain) & NOT denatured.

I wrote about this method of "having it done" earlier today, on other threads. Firstly, the Leydig cells in the testicles that secrete testosterone, on exposure to alcohol, undergo apoptosis, NOT necrosis. In apoptosis, which occurs in an aerobic environment due to there still being blood circulation, the cells die and are not replaced, and the dead cells are fairly rapidly eliminated due to the blood circulation. In necrosis, due to lack of blood circulation e.g. if you used a Burdizzo clamp properly, the cells die due to lack of oxygen, but are eliminated only slowly due to the lack of circulation, except by sloughing-off or surgically. Even then, necrosis is only a problem if bacteria gain access to the necrosed tissue via an open wound, which can result in gas gangrene; but this would not happen in using a Burdizzo clamp because the skin of the scrotum is not broken or cut.

Besides, concentrated alcohol is strongly disinfecting, and should also be used on the skin surrounding the injection sites. On another thread, someone wrote of success injecting just 0.5 ml of whisky (40% alcohol) a few times in each. But the more concentrated the alcohol the better, to reduce the amount that has to be injected, since most of the pain is due to increased pressure in the testicles. (It would be a good idea to also take a systemic painkiller, like panadeine (codeine + paracetamol) available over-the-counter from pharmacies). You could use 90% or 95% distilled grain alcohol from a pharmacy, also sold in the U.S.A. as the cleaner "Everclear" in hardware stores there. Absinthe, available from liquor stores in many countries, is sold with concentrations usually between 72% and 90% alcohol, which is much stronger than whisky or gin, and certainly sufficient.

So you are saying that alcohol injections are completely safe as long as you use pure grain. (I might add, mix lidocaine with the alcohol, if possible.)

I have been thinking of permanantly castrating myself with alcohol once my DP stash runs out due to economic reasons & was wondering about a few things:

1)How much alcohol does it take? My testicles measure 1.5in. by 1 in. Is there a set volume or will any quantity do?

2)Does one take only one shot or are repeated doses needed?

3)How long does it take to obtain permanent destruction?

FYI: If your testicles are sore for any reason, injections or otherwise, you can get pain relief by wearing an athletic supporter. You will have to wear it all day & all night until the pain goes away, but it works.

Testicles that size (1" x 1½") would probably indicate that you are already chemically castrated with the depo-provera, or close to it. Judging from previous posts elsewhere on EA, I would say that probably not more than 1 ml of 40%-alcohol whisky (the better Scotch whiskies are this strength in ethyl alcohol), or better still 0.5 ml of 90% pure grain alcohol (e.g. the highest strength of absinthe), but NOT denatured or methylated spirits which contain methanol, injected into each testicle, about 3 times, once per week, would probably make it permanent, and destroy the remaining Leydig cells which produce testosterone through apoptosis. It would be advisable to take a strong painkiller like panadeine (codeine + paracetamol), along with aspirin, each time; and disinfect the skin of the injection site with alcohol first.

But this is only on the basis of what has been reported before on EA. Anyway, I would like to hear how you get on with it.

You will have to wait over 1 year, since I have quite a large stash of D-P because of all the sales I took advantage of, but I will post results. Thanks for the advice. BTW, it is possible to extract pure alcohol from any alcoholic beverage by freezing it. The alcohol will remain liquid.

Now, more questions:

1)Do you mean inject once per week for 3 weeks or 3 times in a one-week period?

2)Will my testicles shrink even more with the alcohol, become completely non-functioning & stay that way forever? I am looking for permanence.

3)Right now my testicles are so numb I can sit with my legs together without any pain, like a pre-pubescent. I once tried injecting epinephrine into them in order to cut off the circulation. (Didn't work.) I relieved the pain by wearing an athletic supporter, though I had to wear it all day & all night for a few days. Might this work in this case?

I might note that anyone wishing to try something like this should start on Depo-Provera first to reduce "hormone shock", an abrupt withdrawl from sex hormones.

Judging by what I have seen on other threads, your testicles would shrink even more, ending up very small and hard within weeks. It would be permanent. On another thread, someone reported success by injecting once per week for 3 successive weeks. If you can get it, injecting a small amount of 1% xylocaine or similar at the same also prevents pain.
